Dr. John Lewington is the retired Professor Emeritus of Marketing and Management, and Dean of the John E. Simon School of Business, Maryville University. With leadership from Dr. Lewington, the Rawlings Sport Business Management Degree was devised a decade ago and is the only corporate named degree program in the world. John continues to teach Global Business on Maryville's MBA program, and has served on the board of the World Affairs Council of St. Louis.  And he is, of course, a member of our St. Louis Branch ESU.

Through Maryville University, Dr. Lewington has participated in three sports' business study abroad programs to England (2017, '18 and '19). Because of the relationships he developed in England, Maryville student groups have been fortunate to receive insider presentations from the world's top two soccer clubs – Manchester United and Manchester City.
