March Event with Rose-Mary Rumbley

The eyes of March are upon us and we have a great event for MARCH 13TH.  Rose-Mary Rumbley [prolific Dallas speaker, author, actress, and teacher]  will be our after dinner speaker on the horrors and humor of WW11 and Marsha Rose from Ft. Worth [vocalist and entertainer] will be there to entertain us during the dinner hour with her songs from the Andrew Sisters and melodies from WW11.  I expect a large turnout for this event so get your reservations in early and paying friends and guests are invited.

On another note, I want to thank all that helped us with the Shakespeare Competition on the 20th. I think it was one of our more successful years and we had great students. Many thanks to Gwen Dixie for a great job and to Ann and Wayne, Luellen, Derrick, Mary, Virginia, our fabulous judges and of course Linda Raya at Highland Park High School for always coming thru for us, and Charlotte at City Café for pulling off a beautiful lunch for all. If you missed it you missed some wonderful performances by our young students!
