Queen’s 95th Birthday Celebration – This Weekend!

ESU Branches in the US have not been able to stage their traditional Queen's Birthday celebrations this spring because of the pandemic. The National ESU organization has leapt into the breach and organized an online event via Zoom in its stead:

English Speaking Union's

Toast to the Queen

June 13, 2020, noon EST

Virtually celebrate the Queen's 95th Birthday with ESU and the Queen's Six chorale.

This event is hosted by Dr. Paul Beresford-Hill and Dr. E. Quinn Peeper.

Ladies, please wear your hats…

Let's all grab a glass of bubbly and toast her Majesty the Queen!

How to join the online Birthday party:

Step 1:  click on this link to register for the party with ESU: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMvcO6qrzwqH9H5FKM-kEnuK8lq5CfgXXTM
Do this as soon – before Saturday if possible.

Step 2:   Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation email.  That email contains the link to the meeting and the password to get in.

Zoom is a fun meeting experience.  You can turn your camera on or off (if you have one).   You can see your friends at other branches around the country.

If you have any questions about this event please contact Bill Edelstein at bedelstein@esuus.org or contact your local branch at savannah@esuus.org.
