Centennial Committees Registration Form

Please select on which Committee you are interested in serving. Responsibilities for each Committee are listed below. 

Centennial Committee Responsibilities:

  1. Lend your name to the campaign committee

  2. Help with outreach within your branch for the fundraising campaign

  3. Help organize other volunteers within your branch to help with campaign

  4. Send letters to all branch members from ESU Branch President Quinn Peeper   

  5. Follow up with phone calls

  6. Participate in general campaign calls

 

Centennial Gala Committee Member Responsibilities:

  1. Lend your name to the gala committee which will appear on invitation

  2. Help with outreach within your branch and local corporations for gala tickets and tables

  3. Provide a mailing list for invitations if possible

  4. Look to enlist "table captains" who can help fill tables

  5. Help with event program ideas, fundraising, and procuring auction items

  6. Participate in gala committee calls which will increase in frequency closer to October
