Intern, ESU National Shakespeare Competition/ESU National Shakespeare Writing Program
Overview:
The Intern, Shakespeare Programs, will assist with the administration of the ESU National Shakespeare Competition (a yearly performance competition taking place in April) and the ESU National Shakespeare Writing Program (a newly launched collection of competitions, events, and programming). The candidate will gain hands-on experience at an internationally-focused nonprofit organization and will have extensive contact with teachers, high school students, volunteers and staff. Minimum 15 hours per week, with availability in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 3:00 p.m., with the balance occurring remotely. Expect occasional weekends and night hours especially during the month of April.
