The ESU will reimburse the cost of the student's round-trip travel up to $350 as stipulated below.
There will be no reimbursement unless the proof of purchase uploaded includes the travel date, the cost of the contestant's individual ticket and the contestant's name. In the case of air or train travel, we do not reimburse for any class of travel above the least expensive class available. Driving expenses or travel purchased with frequent flyer or other loyalty programs will not be reimbursed. We do not reimburse accommodations for accompanied contestants or travel or accommodations for anyone who may accompany the contestant.
