Shakespeare Competition Finalists

The semi-finals of the 2015 ESU New York Branch Shakespeare Competition were held this week at the New York Public Library in Bryant Park.  Congratulations to all the students, teachers and schools who participated in the program this year!

The judges selected twelve high school students to advance to the finals (scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th at The Morgan Library & Museum). The finalists were:

  • Tamera Henry (St. Barnabas High School)
  • Alexander Kestenbaum (SAR High School) 
  • Amari Leigh (Hunter College High School)
  • Aisling McDonagh (Marymount School of New York)
  • Kayla Rivera (Academy of American Studies)
  • Devante Rowe (Flushing High School)
  • Krystal Silfa (Talent Unlimited High School)
  • William Vuelto (Urban Assembly School for the Performing Arts)
